Aurelia C. Smith

Aurelia C. Smith, 89, peacefully passed with her devoted daughter at her side. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a beloved daughter Toni K. Gaines; loving grandson, Sylvester I. Gaines, II (LaShawn); loving great-granddaughter, Taylor Symone Gaines; sister, Doris Nathan; two sisters-in-law, Shirley Hylton and Doris Smith. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Catholic Charities - DC, 924 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. Checks should be made payable to Catholic Charities DC and include on the memo line "In Memory of Aurelia C. Smith".
