Dear Joe Sheffey's Family:

Willow and I will miss Joe very much. He was not only responsible for bringing me and my daughter together to become a family, but he and Barbara treated us like their family. Joe Jr. was well known as a great samaratan in the Southeastern Connecticut community. His contributions to establishing CARA and the Regional Multicultural Magnet School will carry on his legacy of kindness and bravery and a passion for bringing truth to the moment.

God Bless your family as you pay homage to Joe!
