To The Family of Ms. Laverne Parker Jones,

Sorry to hear about your lost. I would like to share with you some scriptures that comforted me during my lost.

My prayers are that you will be comforted as well. The promise found at Acts 24:15 " There is going to be a resurrection".

What a marvelous hope and comfort. A sure promise from God to see our loved ones again. Another bible scripture is at John 5:28,29 again the promise of a resurrection.

By now you might be wondering the following: Where will this resurrection take place? When is there going to be a resurrection?

God has resurrected humans in the past. The Bible reports eight instances of humans young, old, male, and female who were brought back to life on earth. Some had been dead for a short while, but one had been in a tomb for four days! John 11:39-44.

God is eager to resurrect humans that have died again. Jehovah (God's name) hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26). He has "a yearning" to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory and see them live on earth again. Job 14:14,15.

There is a real hope for our dead loved ones.

Sorrowfully submitted, G. Stripling
