Inez Agatha Small Barnes, age 82, passed peacefully on Saturday, April 14, 2012 in Silver Spring, MD. Preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Dolores Terrell, Inez is survived by her brother, Alfred Small, Sr. and sister-in-law, Hattie Helena Small of Washington, DC; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
