Louise Wiggins died on Easter Sunday at the Community Hospice at the Washington Home. She worked for several years as a chef with the American Enterprise Institute serving politicians, CEO's and foreign dignitaries. Louise is survived by her husband of 60 years, James; five children, Russell, Wayne, Cheryl, Kenneth, and Cynthia; a grandson, Marcus, whom she raised; and a host of other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
